Day 43: Seyi Wins Week 7 Head Of House Title

Oluwaseyi Awolowo has won the Head of House title of Big Brother Naija Season 4 week 7.

This week’s Head of House challenge was called ‘The Impossible Line’ and only nine housemates participated in it after Frodd, Sir Dee, Joe, Mike, Enkay, Elozonam, Tacha, Omashola, and Jackye were all barred from taking part for disobeying Big Brother’s rule on Friday.

For the challenge, housemates were blindfolded and required to walk on the impossible line from the starting point to finish line.

Cindy began the challenge and she managed to get to the finish line, Diane also got to the finish line while Esther’s feet got out of the line ending her chances of being Head of House this week.

Gedoni was next, he walked the line and went far on his journey, meanwhile Ike did not make it on the line. Khafi’s journey on the line was also short as she didn’t go far, next was Mercy Eke who was able to make it to the finish line.

Seyi made it to the end of the line as did Venita after which all the housemates who were able to make it to the finish line had to take on the challenge for a second time.

Well for the second round of the challenge, the game just got tighter as the housemates had to walk from the finish line to the starting point.

Diane didn’t make it on her second journey, Gedoni also didn’t make the return journey. Mercy’s return journey on the line went well as she completed the challenge and for the second round, Seyi made the journey on the impossible line while Venita did not make it the second time on the line.

It was now time for a third round of the challenge which now involved timing the housemates who all got a spin before commencing their journey, at this point we were only left with Cindy, Mercy and Seyi.

The housemates continued taking on the challenge and eventually Seyi emerged as the winner mainly seeing off competition from Cindy, he is now the Head of House for a second consecutive week after also winning last week [Read More About That Here].

And as a reward for his victory today, Seyi will have the Head of House bedroom privileges, 250 Bet9ja coins, the Head of House badge, immunity from nomination this week, each member of his team ‘Cruisetopia’ is also being rewarded with 20 Bet9ja coins each. As the runner-up, Cindy’s Icons also went away with 20 Bet9ja coins each.

Asked who he wants to share the Head of House bedroom with, Seyi selected Venita after initially considering Tacha who declined his offer.

Before the housemates exited the arena, Big Brother also announced that each member of the team in which this week’s Veto Power holder, Diane comes from is also being rewarded with 10 Bet9ja coins.
